The History of Peaklands Park

Peaklands Park started life some 50 years ago as a holiday caravan site, and continued as that until 2015. Through stringent planning consultancy we managed to obtain full residential planning permission and work has now begun on the re-development of the site, which is limited to just 20 residential park home bungalows. With phase 1 complete we are moving into phase 2 in spring 2017 where there will be an increase in pricing, and finally phase 3, which will take us to completion in late 2018.
