We can’t possibly cover Prestige’s new launches without starting with The Tempest, which was one of the biggest talking points at The Great Holiday Home Show in Harrogate in 2023 with its concealed pent-roof design, Crittall-style glazing and superb apartment feel within.
Worthy of its in-depth feature in our December issue, The Tempest is without doubt an outstanding ‘super lodge’.

Park home launch
The Cottesbrooke was the latest park home launch from the Prestige stable, bringing captivating country styling and an innovative new layout to the industry. Constantly launching or refreshing new models, Prestige also refreshed the popular Hampton centre lounge lodge, the Casa di Lusso, the Bella Vista and the Plantation House this year, so there are plenty of desirable new features across its range.

The new Casa di Lusso is quite significantly enhanced, particularly in the lounge area, yet it has retained all the charm and character of its predecessor.
A timber brise-soleil wall in the entry hall is beautifully finished in white, along with the feature-clad inglenook wall in the lounge area, which hosts a stylish electric stove, wood store and a TV. The much-loved cabin bunk beds with porthole windows have remained in the three-bedroom model. With flashes of whitewashed wood, basketweave light fittings and abundant light and textures, the Casa is just as chic and inviting as ever!

Sophisticated model
The Bella Vista has a sophisticated aesthetic, yet with some rustic features, textures and patterns adding depth and tone throughout.
There’s an immediate difference to the old model with the addition of an oak slat feature wall with shadow gap detailing in the lounge, and that style is echoed in the kitchen island.
Sleek lines and crisp elements make this an uplifting space, with some grandeur in the bedrooms adding to the sense of luxury and indulgence.
Last but by no means least is the refreshed Plantation House – a popular model thanks to its soothing tones and enveloping mix of contemporary and traditional. We’ve always loved the sense of symmetry in this model and that’s not been lost – this version has added to the sense of elegance and given it a modern twist, retaining its universal appeal and likely continuation as one of Prestige’s most popular models.
