Brand new for 2018, the Florence House made a huge impact at the World of Park and Leisure Homes Show recently. It looks set to become another strong model in the Prestige Homeseeker residential home range, as Bella Brodie discovers…
We really didn’t know what to expect from the Florence House although we realise that there was more than a bit of a clue in its name! It all makes sense now with its classical look and plethora of matching window sets very much in keeping with Renaissance style.
Florence, as a city, is known for its ‘prestige masterpieces’ in the arts, culture and heritage and of course that architecture, earning it the accolade of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
LAYOUT
The new Florence House is shown here in a 50ft x 20 footprint, although other sizes are available. That is made up of a: lounge/diner, kitchen with separate utility area; inner lobby; study; family bathroom; and two bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room.
EXTERNAL FEATURES
A range of external colours are available for the Florence House.
The launch model showed off caramel and light brown shades, both in the feature cladding and render, and you can also see a lighter version on the Prestige Homeseeker website that would work in any park environment.
A recessed entrance with dormer above is a beautiful feature, and we think the windows look particularly stunning framed by that secondary colour in the cladding.
