Prestige & Homeseeker calls on communities secretary Sajid Javid to back park home builders,
following a recent Government White Paper

The Government announced exciting plans to force councils to produce an up-to-date plan for housing and use a £3bn fund to help smaller building firms challenge major developers, including support for off-site construction, where parts of the building are assembled in the factory.

A spokesperson for Prestige & Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes said: ‘We challenge the communities secretary Sajid Javid MP to find better off-site construction than the park homes industry where we deliver homes with the curtains fitted too.

‘We as an industry have been producing off-site construction for over 50 years and are affordable, but obtaining planning for new park home developments is impossible. ‘I would also like to send you an invitation to our state of the art factory in Northamptonshire where they are manufactured.’
