The newest offering from Kingston, the Expression, carries all of the company’s trademark build quality and style with range of quirky features that set this lodge apart. With a distinctive offset roof and stylish CanExcel cladding, this home looks the part from the outside. The interior provides vibrant and colourful country styling, which adds to the light and spacious feel throughout.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides plenty of space for the family to enjoy playing games, socialising and relaxing together in a luxurious country lodge atmosphere. The kitchen is a fitted out with striking black cupboards, stylish wooden worktops and a kitchen island. As with all Kingston models, all of the appliances are included as standard and there’s plenty of worktop space to add any additional kitchen gadgets. One of our favourite touches is the multi-coloured pendant lighting, which adds colour and fun to the space.

SUSPENDED SEATING OPTION
The Expression also has the huge bonus of a utility room that adds practicality to this stylish lodge. The living area feature a big L- shaped sofa with room for the whole family and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy this fantastic lodge. One of the most interesting features of the Expression is the option of a hanging seat that has views straight out of the full-height glazing. As with all Kingston bathrooms, the Expression’s bathroom has a stunning fit and finish. Equipped with a full-length bath and shower, the room is finished with stylish cool blue metro tiles, a backlit mirrored cabinet and floating sink with integrated drawer unit.

AN EYE-CATCHING MASTER
The master bedroom is cleverly laid out and has the luxury of both an en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed with matching bedside cabinets and integrated individual reading lights. The twin room is well proportioned and features integrated mirror fronted wardrobe for all of your storage needs and there are number of configuration options for this room including small beds and bunk beds.

Available as standard in two- and three-bedroom models, the Expression has all of the options from Kingston’s customisation framework so you can create the lodge design that’s perfect for you.

Overall, we think the Expression is a great addition to Kingston Park and Leisure Homes’ range and offers something different to not only the company’s own range, but those of other manufacturers.
