The director of one of our sector’s best known insurance brokers has been honoured for his tireless charity endeavours.

Matt Cass, a director at Parksure Insurance and also a member of the Rotary Club of Gloucester, has received The Paul Harris Fellowship Award, one of its highest honours available in the Rotary Club.

Matt’s charity work was rightly recognised following years of fundraising efforts, with help and sponsorship from Parksure’s parent company Cass-Stephens. Matt said: ‘I consider it to be a great honour to be a member of this Rotary Club and to be friends with its members.

‘We all do our bit to help Gloucester and this local community of ours and it’s a much better place because of Rotary and its members. So really, we’re all worthy of
this award.’

Matt has had a busy month – he also produced a new YouTube video, following the BBC Panorama programme, The Mobile Home Swindle.
Matt’s advice for anybody entering the mobile home market is to go in with your eyes open, engage specialist park home legal help and do as much research as you can – including reading magazines like PH&HL!
