Spectacular lodge park in Perranporth, featuring in Hoseasons’ new lodge range hits the market
Savills, on behalf of private clients, has brought Leycroft Valley Holidays, a holiday lodge business in Perranporth, Cornwall, to the market at a guide price of a cool £3 million.
Set in a site of six acres, the park is made up of 26 park- owned lodges, bungalows and treehouses alongside five privately owned lodges and three bungalows that generate an annual rent.
The self-catering accommodation provides between one and two bedrooms with each lodge benefitting from a large deck and hot tub. The park is currently the only lodge park in Cornwall that features in Hoseasons’ Wanderwood range.
Also included in the sale is a detached four bedroom owner’s property, and the site offers further development potential, subject to relevant planning consent.
