We find out more about a recent open weekend at a delightful Bedfordshire park, owned and run by the Charles Simpson Organisation (CSO), with a newly developed section to explore…

A picturesque Bedfordshire park opened its doors to prospective home buyers at a successful open weekend this August.

Clifton Park, in Clifton village, welcomed visitors to view show homes for sale and vacant plots at its new devleopment from 10am to 4pm on 12 and 13 August.

Clifton is an established park, owned and run by the Charles Simpson Organisation (CSO). On the new development at Clifton, there are just a handful of plots remaining and two show homes for sale – a 45ft x 20 Tingdene Barnwell and a 45ft x 20 Prestige Sofia.

Clifton village offers a post office, pubs and a GP surgery, as well as shops catering for everyday essentials. A regular bus service serves the nearby towns of Bedford, Biggleswade, Hitchin and Letchworth.

The park is close to the A600 on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border. Although surrounded by open fields and farmland, the development is within easy access of Hitchin and Bedford, which provide an extensive range of useful amenities. The park is also just a 35-minute train ride from London, via neighbouring Arlesey.

Clifton Park is suitable for over-25s, with no resident children permitted. For more information on Clifton Park and the new development, please visit the website at:
