Now we’re all spending more time indoors, there’s never been a better opportunitiy to get creative with all those extra hours. Let us know what you’re doing while in lockdown, or what innovative ruses you’ve come up with stay in touch with your family, friends and park home neighbours and we’ll publish some of the best!

Are you working out to Joe Wicks (right) ’ You Tube PE lessons and comparing star jump techniques with the grandchildren on Skype afterwards? Or are you more likely to be found finally formulating that ‘grand plan’ to transform your park home garden while sharing ideas with your neighbours over the phone during the coronavirus lockdown? Whatever way you are spending these hours of enforced social isolation, we want to know about it!

Are you taking up that new hobby you’ve always promised yourself you’d try? Are you hunkering down on one of the many excellent genealogy websites out there and researching your family history? Or are you simply getting into online bingo now that your local hall’s temporarily out of action?

And how are you coping without the physical interaction with family, friends and park home neighbours we all, rightly, previously took for granted? Is a lengthy phone call enough or are you a recent convert to the technological age, using Skype to enjoy a ‘virtual pint’ with your loved ones?

We’ve already heard about synchronised online drinks, split screen, cross-continental conversations with grandchildren brought to life in a video call, and even a web-based pub quiz between members of park’s social club committee.

Send your stories, or even better, your pictures to alex.melvin@kelsey.co.uk and we’ll publish some of the best! You never know, some of the tales might even inspire you, or at least give you cause to chuckle in these difficult times.
