Specialist estate agency Savills, on behalf of Brightlingsea Haven Ltd, has recently completed the sale of Brightlingsea Leisure Village in Essex to Countrywide Park Homes, for an undisclosed amount.

Brightlingsea Leisure Village boasts 97 holiday caravan pitches, all of which have been developed. There are 62 lodge and 26 caravan pitches, together with one vacant lodge pitch and eight vacant caravan pitches, all set within an attractively laid out and landscaped site extending to 9.36 acres.

Stephen Hammerton, MD at Brightlingsea Haven Ltd, explained: ‘Brightlingsea Leisure Village has been owned by our family for more than 30 years, but the time has now come for retirement and to allow a new owner to take this well-established holiday park into the future.’
