Established more than 35 years ago in Pocklington, East Yorkshire, Lissett Homes is a name synonymous with high-quality, custom-built homes and stunning leisure lodges. This year’s new launch is the Alaska: a luxury family lodge themed to perfection to capture the wilds of Alaska, and its hunting and fishing traditions. LOG CABIN VIBE
Inside, an optional Morsø log burner creates a cosy corner feature and a white tongue and groove vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space and log cabin vibe. The décor is genius and captivating all in one – rustic colours, clever use of textures and fabrics, and the quirky-yet-beautiful furniture and fittings offer so much to look at that any lodge visitor couldn’t fail to love their environment.

Comfort and practicality is another priority – the kitchen is well equipped and the sofas and bedrooms are so inviting that you’ll want to stay forever!

The dining suite is just as eye-catching with a bench seat and four very stylish leather round-backed chairs hugging the occupant while also offering that sense of occasion while dining. The outdoor theme continues into the bedrooms and bathrooms, where there’s a railway carriage feel which was drawing gasps of admiration from visitors when the Alaska was launched – and quite rightly so!
