Ritz Homes announced itself to the park home and lodge buying public at the recent World of Park & Leisure Homes Show, which took place at Stoneleigh Park, in Warwickshire, this June. Luxurious park homes and holiday lodges, featuring a refreshing blend of American and British designs, are currently being crafted at the company’s swish Humberside facility. Later this year a second, purpose-built 600ft long assembly plant will start production and feature an adjoining indoor showground displaying a dozen model homes, too.
The elegant Hampton is Ritz’s residential park home flagship, combining a nine foot flat ceiling and spacious rooms, delivering a timeless West End Penthouse ambiance. Such elements typically appeal to the more discerning, affluent and sophisticated buyers.
Ritz Beach Lodges are designed to evoke a memorable holiday experience for adults and children. The designs are based on the American Florida Keys, Carolina Outer Banks and Cape Cod pastel coloured beach retreats. Ritz replaces plastic with layers of natural texture. Stand out features include breezeways, porches, hammock hooks, ceiling fans, vintage bath and light fixtures and exposed weathered wood.
The newcomer’s vision is to provide a more meaningful, authentic and alternative holiday option that increases revenues by appealing to a broader market.
Other Ritz models include the contemporary Hatteras Lodge with its panoramic window and roof terrace and the Gatlinburg hillside lodge with front and side glass walls.
Ritz is currently preparing to offer a retail financing and stocking plan for qualified dealers and parks. Ritz’s leisure division is now one of the country’s fastest growing luxury residential park and holiday resort developers. The company is assembling a seasoned management team to boost its impressive short-term growth. Short-term funding from both London and Asian investors for the initial 1,000 pitches is currently oversubscribed and production funding for homes and lodges is provided by the UK’s Funding Secure. Meanwhile negotiations for the acquisition of an established major leisure operator should be concluded late this year subject to due diligence and funding. See www.ritzhomes.co.uk for more.
