Holiday home owners at Verdant Leisure’s Kingfisher Leisure Park have raised £1,200 for a new park defibrillator. The Easter fundraising weekend began with a wine and cheese quiz night on the Friday, which all owners and guests at Kingfisher Leisure Park were invited to. On Saturday, the park hosted a Family Funday, with a bouncy castle and hog roast, followed by an auction in the afternoon. On Sunday, the park celebrated with an egg hunt and a special visit from the Easter Bunny!
Stuart Wood, General Manager at the park, commented, ‘Everyone at Kingfisher Leisure Park had an absolutely brilliant time raising money for the new defibrillator. We can’t believe the total amount raised was so much! We are so grateful to everyone that contributed to the life-saving equipment for our park.’
