Real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, has just sold the freehold of Pant Y Neuadd Caravan Park on the North Wales coast from a guide price of £1.95 million. The site totals 6.94 acres (2.81 hectares) and is developed for 81 static holiday caravans.
