Important information for residents and Residents’ Associations
From April 2015 to March 2016, LEASE attended over 30 outreach events to residential park sites across England. An outreach event is one where a Park Homes Adviser from LEASE attends the site to meet with a group of residents or a residents’ association. We can discuss issues and questions around park homes and the applicable law and to give residents an overview on the changes brought in by the Mobile Homes Act 2013.
