Pathfinder Homes, which attended the show in partnership with The Dream Lodge Group, had the opportunity to welcome some of TV’s finest with Channel 4’s George Clarke dropping by to be indulged and inspired by The Summit’s rustic allure. In addition, BBC’s Melissa Porter, brand ambassador for The Dream Lodge Group, was on board to celebrate the creation of a new lodge design genre, interviewing Pathfinder Homes’ interior designer Jill Withers about her vision and ability to create such a unique, crisp blend of Himalayan and Tibetan beauty.

The inspiration behind the lodge was simple – The Dream Lodge Group’s Managing Director returned from an awe-inspiring trip to the Alps, armed with passion and a vision. After approaching Pathfinder, the task was set: to create a lodge themed around the authentic Alpine landscapes and the spirit of Tibet and the Himalayas.

Pathfinder and The Dream Lodge Group have successfully collaborated on previous projects in the past, notably La Belle Maison home.
The two companies will now present The Summit again at the Grand Designs Live Show, offering guests the opportunity to experience the thrill of new heights aboard the lodge. The Grand Designs Show is packed with more than 500 exhibitors within seven sections, so there will be inspiration at every turn.
