3. THE BUYER TAKES OVER YOUR AGREEMENT The buyer takes over your agreement and owns the home. Using the Notice of Assignment Form, the buyer has seven days to tell the site owner and show evidence of payment. The site owner gives his bank details to the buyer, who has seven days to pay 10 per cent of the sale price as commission.

4. GIFTING YOUR HOME The process is similar, except – you have to provide the giftee with all the financial information and rules about the site at Step 1. You do not need to fi ll in the Buyer’s Information Form. Instead, you use a Notice of Proposed Gift Form. On the form, the giftee simply needs to confirm that they comply with the site rules (e.g. pets, age of residents, resident children, etc No payments are made at Steps 2 and 3.
