Now fully up and running, the Hull production facility is capable of producing up to eight homes a week, that’s around 400 luxury lodges or park homes over the course of a year!
It’s not just good news for company growth though; the production facility has also been fantastic for Hull’s local economy. Production quantities at the facility will build up over the course of the year and it is expected that at least 50 staff will be employed in Hull by the end of the summer, and this is in addition to the 269 that are currently based at the company’s headquarters in Brandon!
Growth plans don’t stop there though, Omar Group is currently putting plans for a 40,000 sq ft extension for its main Brandon facility out to tender, which should come on-line in 2016. This ambitious expansion plan will enable Omar to double the amount of product it supplies within three years, meaning that even more customers can enjoy one of the company’s beautiful park homes or stunning luxury lodges.
