It presents a new perspective with bird’s eye views. It provides, if you are that way inclined, an opportunity to be – literally – one up on the Joneses (and any other neighbours, come to that)…
It confers a degree of distinctiveness on your home that sets it apart from others on the park.
And it gives more privacy than a patio or garden when relaxing in the open air.
All in all, a roof deck sounds like A Good Thing. So it’s no wonder that when the Wessex Contemporary Vue, complete with roof terrace, was unveiled a few weeks ago, it attracted a lot of attention, inside and out.
Since Omar acquired Wessex last year, it has been busy rebranding the range and giving it a fresh new look. The very first Wessex model to come off the Omar production line was a Contemporary twin.
Now it has followed up with the Contemporary Vue, available in a single or twin unit form. Built to the residential British Standard 3632, the single 42ft x 14 luxury leisure lodge is the subject of this profile.
