External features
Subtle and refined were the watchwords for the exterior. They have really thought about the look of this home, giving it a feature front door framed in a Canexel-cladded section, within a central roof dormer. The door is slightly inset with tiling, and above the entrance there are exterior down-lights built in for practicality, helping to retain that sleek look without further additions being required. This gives it a modern feel, simple yet eye catching, but means it will be practical too.

There is a futher Canexel-clad section into the roof pitch above box bay windows on the front elevation.

This all combines with an extended overhang to give it a well-balanced look.

Internal layout
In keeping with the thought that seems to go into all Wessex models, this is a home with a beautiful interior, carefully chosen furnishings, and an elegant and luxurious overall feel.
Inside, the clever layout is likely to make the Dorset a popular choice of park home and no doubt it will be a mainstay of Wessex’s range for years to come because it simply works, and works well.

Designed for how we lead our lives today and to lend itself to practical room-flow, the Dorset makes great use of space.
