Exterior
Since taking over in 2013, the Omar Group has been busy rebranding the Wessex range and giving it a fresh new look.

Noticeable changes to the exterior of this Cranborne include the addition of an extra, third dormer, above the master bedroom window (the wood cladding which used to feature inside the dormers has gone).

There are now also stone-effect lintels around the two windows on either side of the front door.

That itself has been changed from a glazed unit with cross bar to a composite design featuring a small, stained-glass window. The slim, full-length side panes and pair of wall lanterns continue as before. Other external features include power and water points.

Overall, the successful formula of this twin-unit park home stays the same with its box-bay Georgian windows, double glazed in white uPVC frames; traditional stucco walls and recessed porch complete with Porcelanosa tiled step.
