External features
Externally, the Heywood cuts a real dash, with long picture windows, and options of rendered and cedar cladding or a mix of the two topped smartly with a dark grey metro-tile roof. The Heywood is open and airy, with plenty of windows letting light flood in throughout the home. There are two sets of patio doors in the lounge, so it lends itself to a further patio or decking area, or even both perhaps. That’s real flexibility for owners and could add quite a bit to the feel of the home as you’d be able to walk out onto ‘outdoor rooms’ too where the plot permits.  All windows are uPVC energy efficient as standard.

Entrance hall
As you enter the Heywood’s hall, you’ll immediately notice the solid feel of the home, with the oak doors giving it that earthy, grounded feel immediately.  Moving through to the right, a door leads through to the very spacious living areas.

SIZES: 40ft x 20, 45ft x 20 and 50ft x 20 with other options available. The accommodation in the Heywood comprises an entrance hall, kitchen/diner, separate lounge, family bathroom, master bedroom with en suite shower room and a further second double bedroom.

• High quality specification throughout.
• Great use of light and space in design.
• Plenty of storage.
• Plenty of ‘kerb’ appeal.
• Clever use of symmetry in layout and furnishings makes it particularly easy on the eye yet homely.
