An optical illusion
The home on display at Newbury was a 42ft x 22 model, which went on to be sited at Orchard Park, in Twigworth, Gloucestershire for Pine View Parks. What’s really unusual about this home – apart from the bold interior design – is its Tardis-like feel. Particularly in the living areas, the home feels much larger than its actual size, so anyone buying this model on a standard plot will feel like they have a home of great dimensions.

One of the ways this is done is with the width of the doorways, so although that may be a practical touch from an access perspective, it also helps visually with the look and feel of this home. One can only imagine the potential impact that may have in an even larger model!

New interior works a treat
The colour scheme is also somewhat unusual but it has big impact and works very well, with lots of subtle touches and shades adding a classy touch. There is a real quality feel throughout too, and this is an interior colour scheme which could have very simple tweaks to suit a buyer’s favourite accent shade, particularly in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
