Interior design and layout
The natural flow throughout the home has been executed well, and it’s a practical home with luxurious fixtures and fittings, either built-in or available as optional extras.
The internal colour scheme has been designed around a neutral palette allowing new owners the option to accessorise in any of their favourite accent colours, great for home-owners who are actually in their own right budding designers keen to keep up-to- date with the current ‘in’ trend or theme as that changes throughout the years. White internal doors keep it light and bright throughout, and vaulted ceilings help make it feel really spacious, an option well worth going for.
Open plan lounge/diner
Starting with the twin unit, as you enter the home via the Florielle glass patterned door into a central hallway, which has a useful cloaks cupboard to one side, and the next natural port of call is through the door to the kitchen ahead or into a spacious full-width open plan L-shaped lounge and dining room. That’s complemented by two box bay windows that allow the room to be engulfed in natural light.
