Exterior
What impressed many people at the initial launch was the Grand Symphony’s architecturally-inspired exterior, and the smaller versions are the same. A clever mixture of stucco and Canexel cladding in contrasting colours adds interest to break up harsh lines, with box bay windows under three dormers. A roof overhang above the main entrance provides a covered open porch and portico-style columns on either side, which appear to support the overhang. There are exterior lights on either side of the entrance and a wall-mounted letter box.
The main entrance door is in a very dark finish with a number of square glass panels to let in light. More light comes in through a tall glazed panel adjacent to that door.
