A white stucco finish on the show model reviewed contrasted well with the dark grey tiled roof. However, as with all homes in Homeseeker’s extensive range, other cladding options are available: low-maintenance Canexel or wood. Other roof tile colours can also be selected.
Main entrance
The main entrance door is under a portico which, as well as giving a feeling of grandeur and opulence, also has the practical advantage of providing shelter from the elements for visitors. The front door is in white uPVC finish with narrow glazed panels on either side of the decorative knocker and above the letter box. Glazed panels on either side of the door allow more light into the entrance hall, and there is a central flush ceiling light in the hall.
The hall is fully carpeted in a very pale shade of beige (perhaps not the most practical colour if muddy shoes are likely to be going in and out – but Homeseeker has a huge number of options available and selecting a different colour would not pose a problem.) There is a wall-mounted radiator on the left as you enter and beyond that is a solid wood door that leads into the dining room.
