Exterior
The exterior is available in a choice of either timber or Canexel cladding. There are, in fact, four entrances to this home, the main one being a single inward-opening door under a feature roof gable. Exterior lights are fitted on either side of this door. On the other side of the home, a recessed four-section sliding door gives access to the living area where there is lounge seating on the right, and the dining area (with kitchen behind) to the left. The other two doors open out from each of the bedrooms to a deck or veranda.
The intention with this design is that there will be a large deck or patio extending along the length of the home on the patio door side for relaxing in the sun, enjoying al fresco meals, or, in the case of Woodward Lakes, indulging in some fishing without having to go too far from home!
