Exterior
There are a number of size options available, but the model reviewed here is 45ft long by 22ft wide. Naturally there are parks that cannot accept homes of this width and 20ft versions can be supplied if required.
The Casa di Lusso is clad in Canexel for easy maintenance (the display model was cream but other colours are available to order, and there’s also the option of other exterior finishes such as timber or roughcast).
The roof is in a distinctive and unusual split-level style, with one side tucking under the other. There is a 400mm overhang at front and back. Lights are mounted on the underside of these overhangs and porch lights flank the side entrance door.
French doors on the front wall give direct access to the dining area and plenty of light floods into the adjacent lounge through two tall windows. The same style of window is used extensively throughout this home.

SIZE: The model reviewed on these pages is 45ft x 22; other standard sizes are 40ft x 20; 45ft x 20; 50ft x 20; 40ft x 22 and 50ft x 22. Other sizes can be specified up to 65ft x 22.
BEDROOMS: One double and another bedroom sleeping three (cabin bunks and a single bed).
BATHROOMS: One family bathroom with free-standing, roll-top bath, and an en suite shower room to the master bedroom.
