In an innovative move, holiday park operator Lake District Estates is offering 2015 holiday home purchasers the opportunity to live life to the full, by including a ‘My Cumbria’ card with every lodge or holiday home.
With a ‘My Cumbria’ card, a home owner can enjoy attractive discounts at a large number of businesses across the county, whether they are shopping, dining, enjoying leisure activities, visiting tourist attractions, or booking accommodation for visiting friends and family.
This could mean saving money on a round of golf, a bushcraft course, afternoon tea, or a treetop rope adventure. Discounted experiences, ranging from a racecourse day to a brewery tour, are available with the card, which also offers up to half-price admission to attractions including Ullswater ‘Steamers’ and Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway (Monday to Friday).
This card is available for holiday homeowners at Lake District Estates’ parks, including Woodclose Park near Kirkby Lonsdale, Hill of Oaks on Windermere and Waterfoot on Ullswater.
