Energie North West Ltd specialises in supplying and installing complete renewable energy solutions both to trade and retail customers. We specialise in energy systems which utilise Thermodynamic technology. The UK is not known for year round sunshine, during winter we receive an average of seven hours of light per day with only three to four hours of quality sunlight. This limits the operation of conventional solar and thermal solar panels. We operate within the North West and North Wales areas delivering a high quality and quick response service. Radmiser Ltd offer a Smart Energy Efficient Retrofit System that allows complete control of Heating, Lighting & Power in Holiday Homes, Park Homes, Motor Homes & Touring Caravans from anywhere at any time.
Park Operators can manage each holiday rental directly from reception, control and monitor energy consumption in real time at check-in & check-out as opposed to a member of staff having to visit each unit itself, this results in substantial savings on energy and staff costs. Simple remote control of radiators will allow room by room control. This will enable heating to be set to a reduced setting, affording minimal energy consumption whilst retaining a measured ambient temperature.
Holiday Home Owners can control in the same way using a PC, Tablet or Smartphone. These devices can be controlled from anywhere in the world. Heating can be adjusted room by room with the ability to override heating when windows have been left open. Lighting can be controlled in a similar way, even to the point of controlling the dimmers. This system allows for control of heating and lighting prior to arrival perhaps, this allows you to walk into your holiday home to find it warm and lit. Why would you want to arrive to a cold unlit home? And why heat your home when it is not occupied?
Simple retrofit to existing Lodges or Caravans, alternatively all quality Manufacturers offer this at the Production/Build stage.
Radmiser allows for factory or retrofit of our products to enable variable rates of control dependent upon individual requirements. Simple install DIY or utilising our nationwide installer programme. Our product are NCC (National Caravan Council) verified components and verified by the EST (Energy Saving Trust).
They explain, “We have all heard the biblical story of the five loaves and two fishes, well, modern technology has effectively achieved this with inverter drive heat pumps. Refali are installers of mostly Fujitsu equipment which boasts outstanding performance figures and it works like this: We are able to heat and cool up to four rooms off one piece of outdoor equipment, we call this a “multi”. This multi will allow you to have four rooms at four different temperatures giving you full flexibility. You can of course have only one room in operation and the rest turned off.
“Essentially, you will be getting around 4-4.5 kilowatts of heating per kilowatt of electricity consumed and, in cooling mode for those hot summer days and nights, 3.8 kilowatts of cooling for each kilowatt consumed. For those of you paying up to £3.00 a therm for propane gas to heat a park home, you may want to do some sums!
Our biggest multi will give up to 8 kilowatts of heating which is generally more than enough for the average park home and of course you have cooling if you should want it in the summer. That’s 8 kilowatts of heat for 1.73 kilowatts used, your average kettle consumes 2 kilowatts!
“Our air to air heat pumps will work efficiently down to -20 degrees C, are whisper quite so no nuisance to your neighbours and take up little space. With a range of attractive floor- and wall-mounted units there has never been a better time to talk to Refali about keeping your park home warm in winter and cool in summer. We may not be able to feed the 5000 but we can definitely deliver you outstanding energy cost savings and a very comfortable environment to live in.”
