Follow your heartThe ‘Heart of England in Bloom’ competition judges recently visited Shrewsbury, where they were initially welcomed to caravan and motorhome dealership Salop Leisure at Emstrey by company chairman Tony Bywater, town mayor Councillor Beverley Baker, town council and Shrewsbury in Bloom officials. After enjoying a guided tour of Salop Leisure, its sister business, Love Plants and holiday home village – which has a wild flower area and wildlife pond – the judges set off on their official tour of the town.

Tony Bywater said the company was delighted and honoured to greet the Heart of England in Bloom judges and to play its part in maintaining Shrewsbury’s reputation as ‘the town of flowers’.
