One of the UK’s leading holiday park operators, Park Resorts, has just acquired Summerfields Holiday Park in Norfolk, for an undisclosed sum. This purchase expands the company’s UK holiday park portfolio up to 49 parks.
Previously operated by Richardson’s, Summerfields is near Great Yarmouth, also close to Park Resorts’ existing California Cliffs Holiday Park. Catering for over 16,000 holidaymakers each year, Summerfields offers a variety of accommodation, with over 200 chalets, apartments and caravans. Its extensive entertainment facilities include an indoor swimming pool, entertainment arcade, bar and restaurant, as well as outdoor and indoor play areas.
Following the acquisition by Park Resorts, holiday home owners and guests at the park will be able to enjoy the launch of additional activities including fantastic new kids’ clubs, water and sports resorts programmes plus live entertainment.
