Major UK park owner, the Haulfryn Group, has received planning permission for a £23 million investment to transform Finlake Holiday Park in Newton Abbot. This development will offer a projected 100 new construction jobs and, once complete, will create 80 new jobs for the region.
Key developments include 100 new luxury lodges; an £8 million, 500 capacity new water park, gym and leisure complex; a £4 million upgrade of current leisure buildings into new sauna and spa centre; plus a doubling of the park’s restaurant and bar space. The new development will also boast contemporary architecture with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
