Tuesday 20th September 2022 and Mayfield once again opened its doors to welcome customers, prospects and UK Dealer network to its week-long Trade Event held at their HQ in Poole, Dorset.
A purpose-built show deck greeted visitors to the main factory featuring the new Legacy aluminium system specifically designed to replace timber subframes and underscore Mayfield Groups ongoing commitment to sustainability. Manufactured using recycled aluminium, the lightweight system is both strong and durable and unlike other materials, cannot rust or rot over time.
Also on show was a new stainless steel outdoor kitchen which generated a lot of interest resulting in a substantial order being placed on the first day. Most visitors were pleasantly surprised at how affordable the modular kitchen was and what great value it represented.
Two new Pergolas complete with closing roof and side shutters covered the deck, ideal for screening the sun on those really hot days whilst adding privacy. Built out of sturdy box-section steel and powder coated to protect from the weather in white or contemporary anthracite, they are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 3m to 7m.
Specialist Park Leisure Solutions were on hand to discuss their range of prestige North American built Hot Tubs with state-of-the-art renewable energy heating solutions that have been specifically designed for Holiday Parks.
There was even a Solar Energy expert available to give free and impartial advice on the latest technology and answer questions especially with energy bills being the topic of the moment. Using Mayfield’s carbon zero factory as an example, it is both possible and economical to convert to renewable energy no matter how large or small your business.
Grapevine Communications added another dimension to the event offering guidance on upgrading phone systems and networks.
Adding to the plethora of new products were a new range of Gas Bottle Covers which have been designed to keep ugly gas bottles out of sight whilst still allowing access for emergency and routine maintenance. Available in a choice of six colours that are co-ordinated with the colour of the home and sundeck, these units are perfect for keeping things looking tidy.
The final day of the event was dedicated to Mayfield’s UK Dealer network where the opportunity was taken to introduce and launch the new legacy Aluminium system and get some hands-on training.
A night out in Bournemouth with live entertainment was the end to a perfect week.
