Largo Leisure Holidays, who have four premium holiday parks in Scotland, have just unveiled two new stunning luxury Lochside lodges with spectacular views over Loch Tay and the Highlands of Perthshire.
The investment of £330,000 is part of an overall investment programme by private equity firm, Limerston Capital, who acquired Largo Leisure in March earlier this year. Further investment includes five new premium lodges with hot tubs at Sauchope Links in Fife which are expected to launch in the autumn, and one new Hideaway and a further two new lodges at Letham Feus in Fife.
Lochview Lodge and Waterfront Lodge at Loch Tay holiday park, are in a unique location and provide the best views of the loch from anywhere in the park. They have been furnished to a very high standard with two en-suite bedrooms in each, along with a modern log burner, open plan kitchen/lounge and a furnished large decked area where guests can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the loch. Waterfront Lodge is also pet friendly and the decking area is fully enclosed to keep four legged friends from wandering off.
The first guests to stay in the new lodges were welcomed to Loch Tay last weekend.
Chairman Andrew Howe said: “The new lodges are absolutely stunning and provide guests with views across Loch Tay which have to be seen to believed. Loch Tay is such a unique holiday park destination and is a far cry from your traditional bucket and spade perception many people may have about holiday parks. The lodges have every home comfort imaginable with king sized beds, en-suite facilities and a view which is breath-taking all year round.
“The plan was always to invest in Largo Leisure parks and focus on the unique selling points of each. Without a doubt, accommodation with loch views are sought after across Scotland and these two lodges have been designed to enhance every aspect of a Lochside stay from the floor to ceiling windows maximising the views, to the private decked veranda. They are already proving extremely popular.”
Arrive on the 30th September for a 3 night stay in the pet friendly Waterfront Lodge from £598.50 (sleeps 4).
