It was a wet cold morning in March but this didn’t stop the staff and family of Prestige and Homeseeker, and the company’s friends of Midshires Electrical, who took part in Stanwick Lakes 10k and 5k runs. They were determined to raise money in aid of Cransley Hospice and the funds continued to rise after the event, hitting above targets!

Prestige and Homeseeker Park and Leisure Homes is one of largest employers in Northamptonshire, employing more than 450 people across two sites in Kettering and Rushden.

Every year the company raises money for local charities chosen by its staff. For the second year running, the firm partnered up with its key supplier and friends at  Midshires Electrical, an independent wholesaler in Northamptonshire, and raised an incredible £6,725 for Cransley Hospice between them.

Mark Christian, finance director, said, ‘I am thrilled to be running the Stanwick Lake run in aid of Cransley Hospice, and wasn’t expecting a personal best knowing we were raising money for a local charity was the best part of all.’
