Woodlakes Park, a holiday lodge site just outside of King’s Lynn, is up for sale at a guide price of £5.25 million.
Set across 62 acres, the site is home to five fishing lakes and a woodland area. There are currently 44 lodges at Woodlakes Park, ranging from one to three bedrooms, all of which have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Planning permission has been granted for the development of a further 99 lodges, which would bring the total to 143.
Permission for a new clubhouse has also been recently granted, which the current owner is set to start work on imminently. An additional 20 glamping pods are also set to be added to the attractive lodge site.
Located close to Stowbridge, a village on the edge of the River Ouse, Woodlakes Park is nine miles from King’s Lynn, and is ideally situated for exploration of Norfolk and the surrounding area.
Kay Griffiths, associate director in the leisure and trade team at Savills, which is handling the sale, commented: ‘Since acquiring Woodlakes Park in 2017 our client has significantly developed the site, providing significantly more accommodation and facilities for visitors.
‘The work that has been undertaken, alongside the further development potential make this an attractive park for a range of potential buyers.’
