Colliers has welcomed Ben Jones to its parks team in Bristol as a director.

Ben is a RICS-registered valuer and is rejoining after almost two years at the Valuation Office Agency.

Ben has 17 years’ experience acting for a wide range of corporate and private clients throughout the UK as a qualified chartered valuation surveyor. He spent 15 of those years at Colliers, between 2006 to 2021, following the acquisition of Paul & Company.

lIn his new role, Ben will work alongside Colliers’ hospitality sector specialists Amy Brooksbank, Jack Ferguson and Ed Jefferson, where he will provide valuation, agency, and professional services advice to the regional leisure sector. His primary focus continues to be the residential and holiday park industry, but his expertise extends to other licensed and leisure properties including hotels, visitor attractions, golf
clubs, amusement arcades and pubs.

On the back of a record year, this latest addition to the parks team will bolster Colliers’ capabilities, further expanding its presence in the leisure and holiday park sector, now with a team of eight experts working across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Richard Moss, head of UK parks agency at Colliers, commented: ‘It’s brilliant to welcome Ben back – what an exciting start to 2023! Ben’s extensive experience and knowledge of the parks market is unmatched. Our clients will be very pleased to hear of his return.’

Ben added: ‘I am thrilled to be re-joining Colliers in Bristol, a company that I called home for so many years. Throughout my career, I have learned that it’s the people around you day-to-day who really help you strive for success. I am looking forward to working alongside a determined team who are thriving in the industry and pushing boundaries to provide our clients with the very best expert advice.’
