Laird Estates Group has recently completed the purchase of Blyton Ponds Residential Park in Blyton, Lincolnshire, which will be renamed Blyton Springs.

The group currently owns eight additional residential parks across England and Scotland, but this will be its first development in Lincolnshire.

Blyton Springs is an all-year round residential park, with permission for nine park homes across the four acres of land. The park has private fishing ponds for exclusive use by the residents. The park also benefits from its countryside location and offers a quiet, gated community. The village of Blyton has amenities such as a village shop, two pubs and an award-winning ice cream parlour. Located within a 25-mile radius of towns including Gainsborough, Scunthorpe, and Lincoln, there is plenty to find and do in the surrounding areas.

Following the purchase, Bill Laird, Director at Laird Estates Group, said: “This year is one of growth for Laird Estates Group; there are further developments happening at our existing parks and we’re excited to add Blyton Springs to our portfolio.

As well as a change in management, the park is undergoing improvements to the park features for residents, including upgraded electrics and the addition of street lighting

The residential park will have two show homes available for sale along with four additional plots. The two showhomes are Willerby Charnwood homes, priced at £220,000 and £260,000 respectively.

There will also be four plots available where customers can choose a residential park home of their choice, Laird Estates Group works closely with the Omar Group but will work with a number of manufacturers to ensure residents get their dream park home. Plot sizes range from 40×20 to 60×20 and prices start from £190,000.
