The UK’s largest residential park operator, Wyldecrest Parks, is offering new home owners a very special energy promotion to help tackle the cost of living crisis. We learn more…

A leading park operator is offering to pay the gas and electricity bills of new home owners on its parks for the next two years. Wyldecrest Parks, which owns more than 97 residential developments across the UK, has vowed to give new park home buyers up to £6,000 towards their fuel bills from the day they move in.

Wyldecrest owner, Alfie Best, explained: ‘I would like to offer all my new residents who are thinking of moving to a park home the assurance that park home living is a sensible way to downsize. Wyldecrest Parks will pay their electric and gas bills for the next two years from the day they move in.

‘Park home living is definitely the best way for a growing number of people who would like to live in modern but manageable homes and enjoy the perks of being part of a healthy community.

‘Park home estates boast strong communities that provide significant social capital for their residents.

‘Moving home is a huge step. We hope that this offer of free gas and electricity for two years will be able to ease these fears and make the move to your new park home as stress-free as possible.’

This offer is subject to terms and conditions – the main one being that customers need to place a deposit, as well as complete their move, by 31 December 2022.

Wyldecrest is committed to helping park home residents throughout the current cost of living crisis.

Earlier this year, Mr Best also started an online petition to get confirmation from the Government that all park home residents will be eligible for the £400 Energy Bills Support Scheme.
