We get the lowdown on the range of fantastic new homes set to be launched by Pathfinder at the upcoming World of Park & Leisure Homes Show in June. Bella Brodie reports…

Pathfinder launched some fantastic new models last year at the industry’s main shows and events, and this year they’re going even further with some exciting new models set to inspire buyers at the World of Park & Leisure Homes.

THE NEW 2025 FERNDALE RESIDENTIAL HOME
Classic design with vintage elegance

The Ferndale has been a popular model for Pathfinder over the years, and it’s now been updated with a sleek new design theme. Built to BS3632 residential standards, the new Ferndale will combine classic design with vintage elegance. It has a feature clad exterior with striking vertical strip windows, and inside the rustic charm and warmth of the materials used look set to add great impact.

This new version feels like a hybrid between residential home and lodge inside, largely due to the open plan living space and sliding doors to the front elevation. There’s great use of space internally – as the second exit is to the front, the space opposite the side entrance is used as a study/hobby room, or if preferred, buyers could perhaps choose to have this configured as a utility room if having their model built from scratch.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a large built-in wardrobe served by the main family bathroom, and the master, which has the same extensive wardrobe space, and an en-suite shower room. With vaulted ceilings throughout, the tall windows give this model a wonderful contemporary vibe, grounded by the earthy tones in the design. This home perfectly blends modern living with a more traditional design, and we think it will do well!

WATCH OUT FOR THE HAWTHORNE
As it is about to be refreshed!

Pathfinder’s mono-pitched Hawthorne has a striking, contemporary feel with a centre lounge and bi-fold doors. It’s being refreshed for Stoneleigh, so this will definitely be one to look out for, with a high-end kitchen and breakfast bar, remote-controlled high-level windows and striking bedrooms and bathrooms.

The symmetrical layout ensures privacy for each bedroom occupant, and each has an en-suite bathroom – both of these have solid wow-factor thanks to their distinctive fixtures and fittings, and with a decking terrace to the front there’s plenty of room to open the bedrooms up and step onto decking to enjoy the morning or evening air.

INNOVATIVE OFFICE SPACES
Adaptable, inviting spaces to work in

In addition to these great new models, Pathfinder now also offer office spaces in lodge style but in a footprint to suit the space. The examples we’ve seen so far look really tempting, so we can imagine seeing these in a variety of settings – paired with the outside decking they would make dream spaces to work in – we can see them working brilliantly as sales offices to get potential buyers into the lodge and park home vibe!
