Regal Leisure Homes are set to reveal their 2024 model updates at two upcoming events in July.
The first will be at their manufacturing base in Dorset, from 11 th to 13 th July for trade, and from 14 th to 16 th July for the general public (by appointment, email info@regallh.co.uk). Buyers and prospective buyers at this event will be able to view all models in the Regal range and find out more about build specification and the latest design refreshes.
That will be followed by a second event at Omar Group’s manufacturing facility in Hull on 18th, 19th & 20th July for trade only, where a Retreat, Charmouth and Cranleigh Lodge will be available to view.
There are key changes for the Cranleigh, Artisan and Charmouth, the three models leading Regal’s luxury range. The Cranleigh and Artisan 2024 versions will be built to BS 3632 as standard, and the Charmouth is also available in BS 3632 in a 42’ x 14’ footprint with two or three bedrooms.
BS 3632 is the British benchmark for residential park homes, offering better
insulation and energy efficiency to help you stay cosy and comfortable whatever the temperature outside. That makes models built to this specification perfect to enjoy at any time of year, depending on park licence. You will also be issued with an Energy Efficiency Calculation for your BS 3632 home, so you’ll know just how energy efficient it is.
Until now, all Regal’s models have been built to BS EN 1647, the European standard for holiday homes, suitable for seasonal holiday use only. All three of the models now available in BS 3632 lend themselves particularly well to those looking to use their holiday homes for longer stays, or at any time of year, who might benefit from the energy saving elements incorporated into the residential build standard.
The design team has also been busy making subtle refinements to refresh the
Charmouth, Hemsworth and Retreat, keeping them as fresh and appealing as ever for the 2024 season. With the Retreat, this has also meant the introduction of a 28’ x 12’ 2 bed option; feature floors in the bathroom and en-suite, and a pre-galvanised chassis as standard. It will be available at both event locations so buyers can see how this popular, affordable holiday home option has been given both a visual and practical uplift.
Regal’s founder Nigel Heslington said; “These changes have been made based on feedback from our buyers, and the fact that the interior designs for these models have been particularly well received for potential ownership. With such lovely interiors it’s no surprise that those seeking to own one of these models want to use them as much as possible. Of course, the energy saving benefits of owning a model built to residential standards are likely to be welcome, too. The Retreat should also continue to surprise potential buyers with its affordability in 2024, as it is now more appealing than ever.”
He continued; “We’re looking forward to welcoming customers old and new to these events so we can explain the differences, and what potential owners can expect from our homes. They are always popular events with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and we know that those who have joined us for similar events previously found them a useful opportunity to ask questions and explore the models in detail.”
