Community Warmth, established in 2015 are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that aims to keep park home communities warm and safe. We give support and assistance to homeowners, Resident Associations and local Councils, providing information and advice regarding energy saving solutions, bill reduction, general building and maintenance work as well as disability adaptations and retrofit work.

Community Warmth are the organisation behind the QICA Quality Mark that assures that companies, products, builders and installers have been assessed for quality and can offer the services they claim with the right organisational backing to ensure their customers are offered a high service level throughout their experience.

Community Warmth check that companies themselves are experienced with park homes.
