Christmas is a time when our thoughts turn to supporting charities and that is just what Fairway Park & Leisure Homes did by donating to two charities close to its hearts: the Rugby Foodbank and the Northamptonshire Health Charity.

The two donation packages contained a mixture of thoughtful gifts from staff, individually, and from Fairway Park & Leisure Homes as a company.
Dan Brown, managing director at Fairway Homes commented, ‘As a team, we were very keen to support our local community and to help those less fortunate than ourselves.

‘To be honest, it is sad that people have this need in the first place, however, we hope that our donations helped to make someone’s Christmas a bit better.’
Rugby Foodbank is a local charity that does an amazing job supporting those in need of help and, with the additional demand on its resources in the lead up to Christmas, Fairway’s team wanted to contribute in some way to support the charity’s endeavours.

Fairway supported Northamptonshire Health Charity with its ‘Christmas Gifts for Patients’ campaign.

Hospital isn’t the best place to spend the festive season and, for those who also don’t have family or friends to visit them, it can be a lonely time. The campaign aims to bring a smile to patients with a gift on Christmas Day.
