Park home manufacturer Prestige has played a vital role in transforming a Staffordshire residential park. The renowned business, which has delivered more than 10,000 mobile homes across the UK, was enlisted by family-run park developer, SRG Park Holdings Ltd, to provide 27 brand new homes at Featherstone Park, near Wolverhampton.

The pet-friendly residential park, which caters exclusively for the over-45s, was in serious need of redevelopment. Its existing static caravans needed to be replaced and a larger, more streamlined management was required.

Priding itself on being a trustworthy name in the industry with excellent customer service, SRG Park Holdings knew that, in order to make Featherstone a success story, a complete regeneration was needed, while also protecting existing residents.

After working closely with the park’s three existing resident households and providing them all with new, high-quality properties, SRG began its development, choosing Prestige as its exclusive park home provider.
