Got  enough  dough?Buyers interested in purchasing a holiday park and water mill will ‘knead’ to make sure they’ve got enough ‘dough’ for the £1.4 million price tag! Multi-award winning Bacheldre Watermill flour business, which supplies organic and traditional flours and bread mixes to top stores in the UK and customers across the world, and a 38-pitch caravan park has recently been put up for sale with the price tag of £1.4 million.

Bacheldre Watermill, which occupies a three-acre site near Churchstoke in the Welsh Marches, has been put on the market with Shrewsbury commercial agents Halls, following a decision by owners Matt and Anne Scott to seek a new challenge.
Matt believes the watermill and associated properties will appeal to two types of buyers: grain farmers, millers and others who can add value to their primary produce and those looking for a lifestyle business.
