Top manufacturer’s show success

Top manufacturer’s show successOne of the country’s leading mobile home manufacturers enjoyed a busy time at the recent Caravan Extravaganza in Hull

Newton Abbot-based park home and holiday lodge manufacturer Pathfinder Homes came back from The Caravan Extravaganza, in Hull, with a stocked order book. The show ran from 7 to 12 September with more than 20,000 visitors in attendance.

With such a high visitor level, Pathfinder Homes was able to capitalise on this interest.

For each show day, the Pathfinder stand was packed with enthusiastic customers that made the show a huge success.

Pathfinder made many strong relationships, receiving more than 220 enquiries and bringing in 50 orders. Partnerships with The Dream Lodge Group and Darwin Holiday & Leisure Parks were deepened by working together to promote both homes and parks to provide comprehensive information, making it easy for customers to attain what they are looking for.

With lots of leads to follow up, Pathfinder estimates that it can bring in around £5 million on the back of the event.

The improvement in the housing market came exactly at the right time, making the visitors more positive about the market and their situation.

Park homes and holiday lodges - a sensible solution and cost-effective housing option - have a clear appeal at such a time.

Pathfinder Homes is taking this positivity and uplift in orders from the show and looking at the next event in the industry’s calendar.
From 15 to 20 October, the NEC in Birmingham will play host to the Motorhome & Caravan Show. Pathfinder believes this event will further boost its order book and bring millions into the South- West.
