Top management certificate for leading park operator

Top management certificate for leading park operator

Wyldecrest Parks, one of the largest residential park home companies in the UK, has been given a top management certificate. The company, which is based in Rainham, Essex, and has 29 residential and lodge parks all over the country, is the first mobile home business on the Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assured Businesses. To achieve the certificate of approval - called ISO 9001- Wyldecrest’s management systems and procedures had been tested over several months and given the seal of approval.

Wyldecrest chairman Alfie Best said, ‘This is a giant step forward for the company and our customers but it doesn’t stop here. It’s an evolutionary process and we need to maintain and improve upon the high standards we are setting.’

The ISO 9001 is designed to help organisations ensure they meet the needs of customers and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Matthew George, financial controller, said, ‘This is a great feather in our cap and the first time a park home company has been placed on the Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assured Businesses. It’s taken several months to achieve but we have now been given the official seal of approval.

‘It means we are a forward- thinking company and have met an international standard for managing the systems and processes in our company. Implementing ISO will make us a more efficient and effective organisation, increase our customer satisfaction, enhance our marketing and reduce waste while increasing productivity.’
