What is your favourite thing about owning a park home or lodge?

Lifestyle Living Group expands luxury lodge park

Lifestyle Living Group expands luxury lodge parkHaveringland Hall Country Park is to be expanded as part of a new stage of investment by owner Lifestyle Living Group, one of the UK’s leading park operators.

The luxury lodge park, located approximately ten miles north of Norwich in a spectacular rural setting, will see the creation of new customer and leisure facilities, 11 additional 11-month holiday home pitches and the phasing out of static homes, with all of the properties to eventually become lodges within the next five years.

Lifestyle Living Group is currently working with Forestry Commission GB to maximise the potential of the park’s natural beauty. Nature trails will be created in the surrounding mature woodland, offering walkers and cyclists extra activities with the introduction of bird hides, woodland play centres for children and other features yet to be confirmed.

The company also plans to eventually introduce facilities to accommodate a new reception, sales office, community lounge and convenience store, after already obtaining planning permission.

‘The design of this new centre is deliberately sympathetic and in keeping with the aesthetic of the park,’ commented Tony Barney, owner and chairman of Lifestyle Living Group.

‘All of our plans for Haveringland Hall are designed to make this one of the country’s premiere luxury lodge parks, and we are all very excited about how the park will develop over the next few years. It is already a beautiful place with extraordinary potential and appeal.

‘We have a new manager at the park and have received some very positive feedback, including a number of referrals from current home owners there.’

The company hopes that, with the new facilities complete, the Haveringland Hall Country Park will earn a five-star rating from Visit England – the highest score available.  For more information about Haveringland Hall Country Park visit, or call 08700 444 444.
